The jury of the third Prize: "Communicating Africa" in 2008 has also awarded a special mention to the documentary of Arturo Fuentes Calle
:"Promised Land", produced by DTA in partnership with the Municipality of Calella.
Fuentes, recounting his experience, stressed that for Africans the "promised land" that called the documentary "is not Europe,but their country of birth. That is why they need our encouragement, so that we can develop all the projects that they have in mind."
